<li>Basic Welding Methods (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and SAW)</li>

<li>Fundamentals of WPS, PQR &amp; WPQ and their importance in the welding process.</li>
<li>Learn how to prepare WPS in accordance with ASME BPVC SEC IX</li>
<li>Significance of the different variables that affect welding quality.</li>

<li>Importance of PQR in qualifying</li>
<li>welding procedures and ensuring quality.</li>
<li>Learn how to prepare and conduct PQR testing and documentation.</li>
<li>How to interpret PQR test results</li>
<li>WPQ in qualifying welders and how it differs from PQR</li>
<li>How to prepare and conduct WPQ testing and documentation</li>

<li>Demonstrating test coupon by SMAW in 1G position</li>
<li>Demonstration of destructive methods of the weld as per ASME codes</li>
